Founded in 2021 and headquartered in Abuja, Vau & Co Investment Nigeria Limited was established with a clear mandate: “Empowering Nigeria’s Minerals” to drive national development. Spearheaded by Ausconnect Group Australia Limited, our majority equity holder based in Sydney and a leader in global investment across mining and infrastructure, we are guided by Ausconnect’s vision to connect Nigeria’s mineral wealth to international markets. Partnered with Yonghuang Group, a leader with nearly a decade of lithium expertise from Yichun, China, we leverage Yonghuang’s technical mastery and innovative know-how to unlock Nigeria’s lithium resources, fueling both local progress and global innovation.

MR. SUN KAI

Mr. Sun Kai is the Chairman/Managing Director of the company, representing the interest of the shareholders. The management of the company is headed by Mr. Sun kai, the managing Director. He is an experienced businessman whose working experience has span over three decades. He worked in different establishments in China, Singapore, Dubai and Australia.

MRS. CHIKODILI CHIMELUE ANENE

Mrs. Chimelue is a valuable asset to the company. Mrs. Chikodili Chimelue Anene is the managing partner of Jomel Consult Solicitors, the Law firm saddled with the executive responsibility of providing all legal and paralegal services to Vau & Co Investment Nigeria Limited. She is a member of Association of professional Negotiators and Mediators of Nigeria, she holds LL.B (Unizik), BL certificates

OPERATIONS MANAGER

MR. ZHOU

Mr. Zhou as Business Operational Manager. He holds a degree in Mining Engineering. He is an expert in mining and has worked across the continents in mining operations. He heads mining exploration unit of the company. Mr. Zhou is a seasoned project management expert whose wealth of experience of over the years in Administration, project execution, etc. significantly stands him out in the operations of this business.

MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTANT

AMBASSADOR G.Y. GOTOM

Ambassador G.Y. Gotom JP has donned a kaleidoscope of hats throughout his extraordinary journey. With the flair of a mastermind, he has orchestrated the symphony of business analysis, danced through the intricate steps of accounting mastery, tilled the fertile fields of progressive farming, and ascended to the throne of an international business titan.

ACCOUNTANT

MR. YAZUN

Mr. Yazun is an Accountant of over 20 years practical accounting and banking experience with diverse knowledge spanning across Marketing. To oversee this important aspect of the company. The company hired Mr. Yazun to head the financial department of the company. A seasoned banker and professional accountant He is a Certified National Accountant CNA with cognizant experience in the banking sector for two decades

LABORATORY TECHINICIAN

MR. CHU

Mr. Chu is a professional miner with over 5 years’ experiences spanning Gold mining, coal, solid minerals and various precious stones. Mr. Chu to take care of site supervision and to Head Laboratory Department of the company. He is in charge of testing samples from mining sites and delivering accurate result of samples to ensure that the desired products are obtained. He supervised installation and functionality of state-of-the-art Laboratory for the company.

MINING ENGINEER

MOHAMMED AHOVI YUSUF

Eng. Mohammed Ahovi Yusuf, obtained first degree in Mining Engineering and Masters in Water Engineering both from Federal University of Technology Akure (Akure) in Ondo State. He has 20 years working experiences both in and out of the mining industry. He is a member of numerous professional bodies such as Nigerian society of Mining Engineers, Nigerian Society of Engineers, Council of Mining Engineers and Geoscientist.

ENGINEER (GEOLOGIST)

MR. IBRAHIM IDRIS

Mr. Ibrahim Idris is a geologist who is motivated, evidence base thinker who prioritizes projects while developing high quality output models for reporting and to aid research and productivity. He earned his first degree from university of Maiduguri, Borno state. He is a geologist with about 24 years of working experiences. And is very much dedicated to his work. He is responsible for surveying mining sites to know its stability and potential hazards if it may occur.

GRAPHIC DESIGNER

MR. DHIRAJ MODI

Mr. Dhiraj Modi an outstanding graphics designer, a seasoned professional with 3 years’ experience in graphics designing. He obtained his first degree in computer application from Sikkim Manipal University. Expertise in Web designing and development as well. Served several companies with Digital design solutions meeting marketing needs and client requirements. and even 5 star rating freelancing with 100% completion accuracy. With his experience, exposure and value impact, he stands out.

MR. ADNAN BAWA BELLO

Mr. Adnan Bawa Bello is the personal assistant on government affairs to the managing director. He obtained his first degree from Usman Danfodio University Sokoto and further studies at School of Health Technology Kano. He is a man of competence and resilience and many good values. He has 26 years of working experiences. He has worked with the pharmacy department of Kano state hospital and that of the National hospital Abuja. He is responsible for managerial administrative activities

MISS AJIOGU CHIEMELIE LYNDA

She is the personal assistant to the managing director on administrative in the company. She handles the secretariat of the company and takes care of the day to day administrative operational requirements. She is a business accountant who obtained her first degree from Cross river state university Calabar. She has 2 years working experience. All matters on correspondence to and from the company are coordinated by her.

MISS MAPIS BWEHMASI ISTIFANUS

Miss Mapis Bwehmasi Istifanus is enthusiastic and professional. She is the administrative assistant in the company. She assists in handling administrative tasks of the company. She takes care of the day to day operational admin tasks required. She is an economist who obtained her first degree from University of Jos. She has obtained further minor study in human resource management, project management, virtual assistant, data analysis and certified admin officer.
